Florentia village (上海佛罗伦萨小镇) started working in January 2015. It’s one of the local premium discount centers (名品奥特莱斯). To be exact, it’s the second outlet of Italian commercial real-estate company RDM Group in China. You can find it in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, close to Pudong airport. Nowadays, Florentia village attracts customers who come here mostly from Shanghai and the airport area. If you come to the airport from another city, for example, Jinan, and you have plenty of time, you definitely need to give Florentia village a try!

Since 2011, RDM Group owns outlets in 6 places in China, including Hong Kong, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Ezhou, and Chengdu. They based the architectural style of their outlets on the Italian Renaissance. Through the application of Italian classic elements such as squares, verandas, fountains, and monumental buildings, it presents ancient Rome and Renaissance Florence.

How to get to Shanghai Florentia village

The exact address is 58 Zhuoyao st., Pudong, Shanghai (上海浦东新区卓耀路58弄). You can get there from the city center or the airport by subway, the closest station is Yuandong Avenue (远东大道), line 2. You can also get there by car, they have a big parking lot near the entrance.

Florentia village is open daily, 10:00-21:00. Additionally, on weekends, they open at 9:00.

The location is okay, especially if you start your shopping tour from Pudong airport. The area is pleasant and small, without a doubt, you will find many famous brands in one place. And besides that, the environment is good for Instagram pictures. In terms of price, there are not so many discounts. But you can always find something very good for a lower price, so it is awarding to buy slowly.
